1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account or accessing the Caballeros de Azeroth portal and game servers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 16 years of age to register an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement, or have received explicit parental consent where required under local EU laws.

3. Non-Commercial Fan Project Caballeros de Azeroth is a non-profit, fan-made educational and emulator project for testing legacy game client server communication. We do not charge fees, sell virtual goods for real currency, or claim ownership of World of Warcraft assets. All intellectual property of World of Warcraft belongs to Blizzard Entertainment.

4. Rules of Conduct You agree not to exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software (cheats/hacks), harass other players, or engage in real-money trading (RMT). Violation of these rules will result in immediate suspension of your account.

5. Limitation of Liability The services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding uptime, security, or data persistence. Your account can be suspended or deleted at any time without prior notice.
